HR MANAGER

Hotel Kaachi Grand is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in HR management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the hotel’s objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer performance management programs and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management within the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Proven ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
