GENERAL INFORMATION

Hotel Kaachi Grand is a reputable hotel that has established certain policies to ensure the comfort and safety of its guests. Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these policies prior to making their reservations to avoid any inconveniences during their stay. SEASONS
ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • Lean Season Months (January, February, July, August & December)
  • High Season Months (March, April, May, June, September, October & November)
RESERVATION POLICY
  • Reservation must be made in written via email reservation.hotelkaachigrand@gmail.com Verbal communication for any reservation of the hotel facilities in-person, via telephone or any other form of communication shall be considered invalid unless formally emailed to given addressed.
  • Confirmation of the room reservation shall be subject to abidance of advance payment raised in the invoice as per Billing and Payment Polices of the Hotel.
BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICY
  • 25% of total invoice amount to paid for the confirmation of the reservation
  • Remaining 75% of the total invoice must be fully paid before 30 days of arrival
  • Any amendment of the room reservation prior to 30 days of arrival shall be accepted for adjustment for future business but shall not be applicable for refund.
  • Payment via bank transfer must be intimated to Hotel Kaachi Grand Reservation/Accounts via email.
  • The Forex rates shall be applied on the depositing day
  • Bhutan Sale Tax of 10% and Service charge of 10 % is excluded from room and Food and beverage charges and must be paid additionally.
  • Full payment to be made can be extended up-to 25 days on genuine condition but it shall not apply discount policy of the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Before 30 days of arrival, 25% of the total invoice amount shall be applied for room retention
  • Before 20 to 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total invoiced amount shall be applied for room retention
  • Before 15 to 20 days of arrival, 75% of the total invoiced amount shall be applied for room retention
  • Before 15 days of arrival, 100 % of the total invoiced amount shall applied for room retention
NO SHOW POLICY
  • 100% of the total invoiced amount shall be applied on no show.
  • A reservation is considered No Show if the guest does not checked-in on the date reserved
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
  • Check-in shall be allowed anytime until 12 midnight
  • Guest shall check-out by 12 noon and any extension shall be subject to availability of the room
OCCUPANCY POLICY
  • Maximum number of person allowed per room shall be only two (2) but if kids below 18 years of age travelling with parents shall be given special consideration up-to three(3) per room with extra bed on chargeable basis on applying annexure……rates
  • Adult preferring to share extra bed shall subject to availability of the hotel
  • Maximum extra bed provided by the hotel will be up-to 5.
CHILD POLICY
  • Child with no bed(CNB): shall be applied to child below 5 years of age and it shall be considered complimentary
  • Child with bed (CWB): shall be applied to the child above age of 6-12 with appliance of discount policy of the hotel.
DISCOUNT POLICY
  • 5% discount from total invoiced amount shall be given on every full advance payment being deposited prior 30 days of arrival for abiding with hotel billing and payment policy as an incentive.
  • 50 % discount shall be applied to child between the age of 6-12 years upon valid birth certificate provided to hotel
  • Payment being deposited on request of extended time that falls within 30 days of arrival shall not be considered.
  • 10% of additional discount from the total invoiced amount from rooms shall be granted if guest stay exceeds 5 consecutive nights, however banquets, seminar, conference without in-house room shall not be applied
  • 10% discounts shall be provided for extra bed for child between the age of 13-18 years provided valid birth certificate, however, 100% of meals rates shall be applied
