Had a wonderful stay at Kachi Grand Hotel. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards — the rooms, washrooms, and common areas were all impeccably maintained throughout our stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention for Sonam, whose warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. She went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

 Verified 2 nights at Kaachi Grand
We spent 2 nights at this hotel before leaving home. The moment we walked into our room, we knew that we were going to be very happy for the next two days. The room was huge, very well appointed, spotless with a spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed with pristine bed linen. There were many power points conveniently placed for all our electronics. To add to all of this we had our own balcony with a view that was nothing short of spectacular. The location was excellent as we found it very easy to stroll around with many restaurants and cafes to choose from, shops and ATMs. Above all the staff were amazing. There wasn’t anything they were not prepared to assist us with. The welcome we received was equally important to the overall enjoyment of our two days here. After hiking, we had massages that worked wonders and we highly recommended these treatments. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we found that there was an excellent selection available. Do not miss staying at this hotel when in Paro. We look forward to coming back .

The welcome song and gesture is very touching . Overall the staff are well trained and provide excellent service, restaurant has a variety for breakfast nd dinner, rooms have good scenic views , well maintained property.
Kudos to housekeeping, front office, restaurant and all staff members for making our stay memorable.
